How much is the deposit and what is the payment plan? 2017-04-10T16:25:42-05:00

At Demers, we offer our clients the opportunity to make monthly installment payment. We take the total cost and divide it by the number of months from the day you sign the contract until one month prior to your event. This calculation will give you your first payment to reserve the date and your monthly payments.  Your payments will be the same amount every month on the 1st or the 15th.  However, if there is a different payment plan that works better for you, please let us know and we will be more than happy to work with you.

As soon as possible after you have selected your date!  Tours are setup by appointment at your convenience.

Yes! We have a few parking lots adjacent to the banquet hall. Valet parking is also included in majority of the venue rentals offered at Demers.

What if it rains and our ceremony was scheduled to be held outside? 2017-04-10T16:23:42-05:00

Demers weather contingency plan requires using your reception facility for your ceremony.  The middle of the dance floor will be setup with rows of chairs to create the isle.

Demers can accommodate events of up to 360 cocktail style,  300 for a seated reception.

All events must end by 2:00 a.m.

Does Demers allow other outside vendors? 2017-04-10T16:21:40-05:00

Yes! Although, Demers does not allow caterers in the Grand Ballroom, we do allow outside vendors such as florists, Djs, bakers and etc..

Are we allowed to bring in our own alcohol? 2017-04-10T16:20:51-05:00

Yes! You are allowed to bring in your own alcohol at no additional cost. That way, not only do you get to control the alcohol consumption at your event, but you also get to minimize your alcohol budget as well. Typically when you go with a venue which requires you to get alcohol through them, they will charge you at least $10 – $15 per person. In reality, you only spend about $3-$5 per person when you buy your own alcohol because not everybody drinks at your event and you don’t always have to stock up the bar with different types of hard liquor. Absolutely!

Is an outside caterer allowed to come to Demers? 2017-04-10T16:20:09-05:00

Yes! Demers does  allow outside catering in the Grand Ballroom.  However,  Demers can provide you with a exquisite catering menu from Astral Catering our preferred Caterer.  Astral’s  menu offers a variety of cuisines for your special event.

in addition, Demers will allow approved outside catering for Pool Parties and events in the Orchid Room such as Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, etc..
